This motor rotation controller operates on DC 6V to 40V input voltage and delivers up to 20A output current. It features copper wiring terminals for superior current handling and thermal performance, and an industrial-grade 20A relay for reliable load switching. The module consumes only 0.6W under no-load operation and just 0.1W in static mode. All signal inputs use optocoupler isolation — low-level effective (signal recognised when voltage drops below 2V), offering strong immunity to electrical noise. Response time is 20ms for forward/reverse trigger inputs (K1/K2) and 50ms for speed/direction adjustment inputs (SW1/SW2). Designed for long-term reliability with a rated operating life exceeding 150,000 cycles. The controller enables precise bidirectional motor control: pressing K1 starts clockwise (CW) rotation and releasing it stops the motor immediately; similarly, K2 controls counter-clockwise (CCW) rotation. This momentary-action logic ensures accurate, responsive direction control without latching or drift — ideal for applications requiring repeatable start/stop and polarity reversal. Suitable for robotics, automated gates, conveyor systems, lab equipment, and DIY motor projects where stable, isolated, and wide-voltage reversible control is essential.
