20A DC Low Pass Filter EMI Suppressor

This DC low pass filter is designed for 50V / 20A applications and features a robust three-stage filtering architecture: first-stage LC filtering, followed by common-mode EMI suppression, and concluding with a two-stage LC stage. The circuit board is constructed from double-sided FR4 fiberglass for thermal and mechanical stability. Key components include four 50V 470µF electrolytic capacitors (13mm diameter), three 100nF film capacitors, two FeSiAl magnetic ring inductors rated for 20A high-current operation, one flat copper tape common-mode inductor (also rated for 20A), and two 7.62mm pitch 2-pin sockets. The enclosure is made from ABS plastic. It is intended for post-switching-power-supply filtering in environments with strong electromagnetic interference — including automotive, motorcycle, and industrial DC systems. Note: Unit appearance may vary slightly between production batches without affecting performance or specifications.
