20A 1.2-36V Adjustable Buck Supply

A high-capacity DC–DC step-down module manufactured from aluminium alloy for structural integrity and passive thermal management. Size matches the provided visual reference (±1–2 cm allowance for manual measurement). Input voltage compatibility spans 6 V to 40 V DC (10–40 V recommended for best regulation), with output precisely adjustable from 1.2 V to 36 V DC. Maximum output current is 20 A, though 15 A is specified for dependable long-term operation. Total power capability is 300 W. Efficiency is 95% when stepping 24 V input down to 12 V output at 20 A load. Output ripple remains ≤50 mV, achieved using high-frequency, low-resistance electrolytic capacitors on both input and output paths. Connections are made via heavy-duty 30 A screw terminals. Short-circuit protection activates automatically and resets itself once the fault condition ends.
