Each cover is injection-moulded from dense, automotive-grade ABS plastic with tight tolerances (±0.3 mm) to match OEM handle contours precisely. The material offers superior rigidity compared to standard ABS — minimising flex during installation and long-term use. Surface finish is uniformly glossy and scratch-resistant, supporting repeated cleaning with non-abrasive cloths. Designed for direct overlay: no removal of original hardware, no drilling, no cutting. Adhesive backing meets ISO 2409 cross-hatch adhesion class 0–1 on cured automotive paint systems.
