Description

A) Heat a pot of water to 80-90C (do not boil, as this may damage the tray). B) Holding the handle, immerse the nozzle tray in the water for approximately 5-10 seconds. Avoid prolonged exposure, as it may cause the tray to warp or shrink; insufficient heating may result in poor molding. C) Remove the tray from the water and allow excess water to drain for one second. D) Once softened, place the tray in your mouth and adapt it to the shape of your teeth. Use your fingers to press firmly on the inside and outside surfaces of the teeth, ensuring the tray remains securely in place during shaping. E) Remove the tray. Repeat the process for the lower arch if needed. Trim the handle and adjust the edges of the tray along the gum line to ensure a comfortable fit and allow for cleaning of any excess material. F) Apply tooth whitening or remineralizing gel as directed and insert the dental tray according to instructions.
