20-50V Digital Stepper Driver DM556

DC input range: 20–50 volts. Adjustable output current from 1.0 A to 5.6 A in eight discrete steps, each 0.5 A apart. Based on 32-bit digital control technology for stable, responsive performance. Compatible with two-phase hybrid stepper motors rated ≤4.2 A and with outer diameters of 42 mm, 57 mm, or 66 mm — matching standard NEMA 17, NEMA 23, and NEMA 34 footprints. Supports 4-wire, 6-wire, and 8-wire two-phase stepper configurations. Widely applied in engraving machines, marking systems, cutting tools, laser typesetters, plotters, CNC machine tools, and automated assembly stations. Features standard single-pulse interface, semi-automatic current lock, semi-enclosed mechanical housing, optocoupler-isolated inputs, and comprehensive electrical protection circuits.
