Engineered specifically for legacy 2-stroke outboard motors ranging from 40HP to 50HP, this impeller kit supports multiple generations across 1984–1995 production years, including standard, PRO, P-series and Jet configurations. Constructed from ABS plastic with embedded metal reinforcement, it delivers balanced durability and flexibility. Key dimensions include an external impeller diameter of 55.48 mm (2.18 inches) and an internal shaft insert diameter of 16.10 mm (0.63 inches). Each kit contains one complete impeller assembly only — no additional gaskets, housings or tools included. Designed for straightforward drop-in replacement of discontinued OEM parts, it maintains original cooling system functionality without adaptation.
