2 Player Aviation Decision Game

Sky Team is a cooperative tabletop game for two players simulating the final minutes of a commercial flight. Using six custom dice and a 25 x 18 cm cockpit control panel, players jointly manage speed, pitch/roll axis, flaps, landing gear, brakes, radio communication, and final approach sequencing. Includes 12 scenario cards (featuring real airports and weather variables), double-sided scenario board, and English rulebook. Dimensions: 22 x 15 x 5 cm; weight: 420 g. Board: 300 gsm cardboard with scratch-resistant coating; dice: 16 mm ABS with precision-moulded pips and matte anti-glare finish. Scenarios progress from basic daylight landings to complex instrument approaches — each introducing new variables like reduced visibility, gusting winds, or ATC reroutes. Players must interpret card text, assess risk tolerance, and allocate dice under implicit time pressure. Resolution follows deterministic logic: e.g., ‘brakes applied at 80 knots’ yields different rollout distance than at 100 knots — quantified in the rulebook’s reference tables. Designed for repeatable, high-signal-low-noise play, Sky Team supports deliberate practice of joint decision-making. Its portability, rapid setup, and consistent 20–30 minute duration make it suitable for cafés, trains, living rooms, or classrooms — wherever two people seek a shared goal requiring focus, clarity, and mutual support.
