Description

1. A 45degree adjustable metal stone mitre clamp is primarily used for joining natural tile stone or similar sheets at 45degree seams. 2. If two workpieces are processed into 45degree edge bevels, align the 45degree tapered surfaces together so that the two workpieces form a 90degree joint. Use this device in the plastic extrusion seam method. 3. Place the wider stone at the bottom on the fixture's work surface, which is covered with white rubber. Position the narrower stone near the 90degree inner side of the device. 4. Adjust the two binder levers using the spring mechanism to reach the upper position of the workpiece. Then, tighten the screws on of the binder levers to apply pressure and maintain a perpendicular fastening position for a certain period until the workpieces are fully joined and secured. Finally, release the clamp.
