2-Piece Garage Door Safety Sensor Set

A complete safety sensor pair consisting of two black plastic infrared beam units and two metal-reinforced plastic mounting brackets. Each sensor unit is compact (5.5 × 3.5 × 2.5 cm), lightweight (~120 g), and built for indoor garage use. The system works by establishing a continuous infrared link between sender and receiver — if broken during door closing, the opener halts and reverses immediately. Intended exclusively for Sears Master Mechanic garage door openers produced from 1997 onward. Replacement is recommended when the door reverses without obstruction, when only the green LED illuminates (no yellow), or when performance degrades in cold or bright sunlight. No extra accessories included — just the sensors and brackets required for installation.
