Each unit measures approx. 40 x 40 x 46 mm (1.57 x 1.57 x 1.81 in) and is constructed with impact-resistant PP plastic housing and hardened alloy steel cutting edges. Designed specifically for non-ferrous tubing, it handles outer diameters from 5 mm up to 38 mm (0.2–1.5 in), including standard UK plumbing-grade copper (15 mm, 22 mm, 28 mm), aluminium ducting, and brass fittings. The tool removes internal and external burrs while applying a precise 15° chamfer — improving joint fit, preventing O-ring damage, and ensuring leak-free compression or solder connections. No power source or setup needed: fully manual, intuitive operation suitable for apprentices and experienced fitters alike.
