2-Pack EVA Slant Wedge Set

This set contains two identical EVA foam slant wedges, each measuring approximately 15 x 6 x 5 cm and constructed from durable, closed-cell EVA foam. The material offers balanced firmness and surface texture for secure foot placement without slipping. No moving parts, hinges or adjustments — the incline is fixed and repeatable across uses. Ideal for improving ankle mobility via calf stretches, enhancing squat depth and alignment, supporting Pilates foot positioning (e.g., for the Hundred or bridging), and preparing the lower limbs before yoga sequences. Can be used separately for unilateral work or together for symmetrical loading. Lightweight and stackable for minimal storage footprint. Intended for use on level, dry, non-slip surfaces only; always engage muscles actively and avoid sudden or jerky motions.
