2-Pack Brass Thermal Relief Valve 145F

This 2-pack contains two identical thermal relief valves, each with a 1/4 inch NPT threaded connection and built-in fusible seal calibrated to activate at 145°F. Made entirely from brass, they withstand repeated thermal cycling, hot water exposure, and incidental contact with cleaning chemicals. When internal temperature reaches the threshold, the seal melts to vent heated water and draw in cooler supply water — effectively protecting the pump head and seals from thermal stress. Compatible with many pressure washer pumps that accept 1/4 NPT thermal relief fittings, including those serviced by part numbers 678169004, 678169002, 678169001, and Stratton 208673. Includes only two valves — no mounting hardware or instructions provided.
