2 Inch Brass Suction Valve

Engineered for dependable suction-line operation, this 2 inch (DN50) foot valve delivers dual functionality: filtration and one-way flow control. Constructed entirely from solid brass, it withstands exposure to moisture, soil contact, and fluctuating temperatures without corroding or warping. Dimensions are precisely 135 mm in length and 78 mm in width, with an internal diameter of 57 mm to accommodate typical domestic and light commercial pump capacities. The stainless steel filter element is recessed into the base to avoid damage during installation or sediment disturbance. When installed at the lowest point of the suction pipe, it allows forward flow during pump operation while sealing shut when the pump stops — preserving water column and system readiness. Rated to 1.6 MPa, it supports stable performance under variable load conditions in both intermittent and continuous-duty applications.
