1660-Point Educational Breadboard Kit

This comprehensive solderless breadboard kit contains a 1660-point mainboard, 65 insulated jumper wires (colour-coded for intuitive signal mapping), and 3 robust binding posts — all housed in a compact, portable unit measuring 16.5 × 5.5 × 1.0 cm. The base material is UL94-V0 rated ABS plastic, offering impact resistance and safe operation under typical lab voltages. Internal contacts are made from phosphor bronze with gold-plating for corrosion resistance and stable contact resistance below 10 mΩ per node. Each jumper wire is pre-cut to standard lengths (10 cm, 15 cm, 20 cm) with tinned 20–29 AWG solid-core conductors and PVC insulation. Binding posts accept banana plugs or bare wire ends up to 2.5 mm². The board supports both horizontal and vertical stacking via integrated side grooves and screw holes, enabling scalable prototype expansion.
