1605 Ball Screw End Support Kit FK FF

Complete end support kit for 1605 ball screws: includes one FK12 fixed-side unit and one FF12 floating-side unit. Manufactured from carbon steel with blackened surface finish for enhanced durability and consistent thermal response. Each unit contains sealed angular contact bearings pre-lubricated with lithium soap grease. FK12 installs on the motor-coupled end using lock nut, cushion block and inner hex bolts; FF12 installs on the opposite end using a stop ring and bearing block. Designed for direct drop-in use in lathe leadscrews, CNC router carriages and precision linear actuators. No additional hardware or calibration required — engineered for reliability in demanding metalworking environments across the UK and EU.
