Base fabric is 100% cotton twill with double-layer polyester thread embroidery; thread count exceeds 8,000 stitches per patch for dimensional realism. All patches are pre-trimmed with micro-serrated edges to prevent unraveling. Total assembled weight: 60 g. Outer carton: 15.9 x 12.1 x 1.6 cm — recyclable board with soy-based ink printing, compliant with UK Packaging Waste Regulations. Thermal adhesive meets BS EN ISO 105-E01 colourfastness standards and withstands domestic tumble drying at low heat (≤60°C).
