15A Solar Backflow Prevention Module

This red PCB-based ideal diode protection module delivers active reverse current blocking for solar energy systems, engineered to replace conventional high-current diodes without sacrificing efficiency or safety. It operates across a broad input range: 3–28V for adapter sources and 2.5–28V for battery banks. Rated for continuous 15A current, it maintains an ultra-low 20mV forward voltage drop and draws only 11µA in standby. An internal voltage clamp protects the control MOSFET from transient overvoltage. Fully compatible with lithium-ion battery stacks of 1 to 6 cells in series. Used primarily in solar panel parallel wiring and DC charging isolation — especially valuable in UK/EU hybrid inverters, RV solar kits, and marine battery banks where unidirectional current flow is essential.
