150W High-Frequency Boost Converter

Dimensions: 3 x 10 cm. Weight: 64.1 g. Input: DC 12 V. Output: selectable high-frequency square wave AC up to 220 V (V0–V5), with common taps at 110 V, 175 V, 200 V and 220 V. Quiescent current: approx. 0.05 A. Output frequency: ~20 kHz. No built-in protection circuitry. PCB construction. Designed for DIY inverter front-stage use only. This module delivers high-frequency square wave output — not suitable for standard inductive loads such as motors, fan coil units or transformers. For low-power electronic devices like LED lights, phone chargers, DVD players or set-top boxes, select lower output taps (e.g. 175 V or 200 V) to ensure stable operation. When operating continuously at ≥100 W, adding an external heatsink is strongly recommended. Reverse polarity connection must be avoided. Power supply and wiring must support sufficient current capacity. Do not overload or short-circuit the output. Note: standard multimeters display inaccurate (inflated) voltage readings under no-load high-frequency conditions — this does not reflect actual usable output voltage.
