13pc Metric Cobalt Drill Bits Hex

This professional-grade 13-piece set includes metric cobalt HSS drill bits sized 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0, 3.2, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5, 4.8, 5.0, 5.5, 6.0 and 6.5 mm. All feature a robust 1/4 inch hex shank for instant fit in impact drivers and chucks. The cobalt-enhanced high-speed steel composition delivers greater hardness at elevated temperatures, reducing edge degradation during sustained drilling. Each bit is fully ground with a 135° split point and optimised helix angle for rapid chip clearance. Ideal for consistent, burr-free holes in sheet metal, aluminium extrusions, hardwoods and engineering plastics — unsuitable for abrasive or ultra-hard substrates like tile or concrete.
