12mm Rustproof Grommet Kit 100 Pieces

Grommet specifications: 12mm inner diameter, 21mm outer diameter, 6mm height. Box dimensions: 14.6 x 8.5 x 3.5 cm; approximate total weight: 350g. Manufactured from solid metal with inherent corrosion resistance — suitable for repeated handling and long-term storage in humid environments. Kit comprises 100 silver-white grommets and three function-specific tools: a hardened steel punch, a stable anvil with central alignment guide, and a domed setting cap engineered for uniform force transfer. Use begins with punching a clean, round aperture in your material — the punch delivers consistent 12mm holes without fraying. Next, insert the grommet and strike the cap with moderate hammer blows until the outer rim fully flares against the surface. Results are mechanically locked, load-bearing reinforcements — not temporary adhesive fixes. Proven effective on materials commonly used in UK agriculture, events, and home improvement: heavy-duty polyethylene tarps, waxed cotton canvas, marine-grade vinyl, and vegetable-tanned leather — supporting both functional repair and aesthetic craftsmanship.
