A 250mm miniature linear rail guide with 12mm width and ~8mm height, fabricated from bearing steel to ensure consistent load-bearing capacity and minimal elastic deformation under operational stress. Features factory-installed rubber end stops on both sides to restrict slider travel and avoid disengagement during high-acceleration moves or unexpected power interruptions. Mounting is facilitated by M3 pilot holes spaced exactly 20mm apart — enabling accurate, repeatable fixture alignment across modular frames and printed components. Engineered for accuracy-sensitive motion tasks, it supports stable, low-backlash translation in compact automation systems and has been successfully deployed in upgrades for Ender 3, Tronxy, CoreXY-based printers, Delta Kossel designs and small-scale CNC tooling.
