12in Medium-Tack Silicone Dust Roller

A 12-inch professional-grade dust removal roller with a silicone roller surface characterised by medium tack (410D viscosity) and Shore A hardness of 32°. Constructed with a multi-material core (aluminium, plastic, iron) and precision 6 mm inner-diameter bearing (13 mm outer). Roller outer diameter measures 28 mm. Material properties include water insolubility and thermal resistance up to 150°C. Proven durability: zero peeling observed after 60,000 full rotations. Designed specifically for environments demanding particle-free surfaces — such as cleanrooms, PCB assembly lines, LCD module production, SMT stencil cleaning, light guide sheet handling, soft film printing, and semiconductor packaging — as well as targeted applications like mobile phone screen film application and kitchen uniform lint removal.
