12cm Durable Aluminum Stem Riser

Engineered to a strict 12 cm (4.72 inch) length, this stem riser uses high-purity aluminum alloy to deliver dependable performance across seasonal UK riding conditions. Its material composition resists fatigue from repeated tightening cycles and thermal expansion/contraction. Four included washers are precisely dimensioned to match the riser’s clamping surface width, preventing edge loading on the steerer tube. The dual-bolt system allows incremental torque adjustment — critical for achieving secure hold without over-compression — validated through accelerated life testing replicating 2+ years of regular commuter or recreational use. Designed for universal fit on all standard 1 1/8-inch threadless steerers, supporting posture-conscious upgrades on road, mountain, and hybrid bicycles alike.
