120W Class-D Subwoofer Board

Class-D mono subwoofer amplifier board based on the TPA3116D2 IC, delivering up to 120W RMS into 4Ω at 24V DC. Operates across 9–24V DC input range. Dimensions: 105 × 70 × 30 mm; constructed with black PCB and passive metal thermal management. Provides line-level input (RCA or 3.5mm), internal pre-amplification, and active subwoofer low-pass filtering. Two multi-turn potentiometers enable independent adjustment of subwoofer output level, crossover frequency, and system-wide gain. Supports mono or stereo line inputs but explicitly excludes high-level (speaker-level) connections. Output activates only when input signal amplitude resides within specified operational limits (~1W)—preventing unintended noise or distortion. Fully assembled, tested, and supplied with mounting accessories and wiring reference guide.
