1200W Temp-Controlled Boost Module

This non-isolated DC-DC boost converter operates from 10V to 60V DC input and provides continuously adjustable output from 12V to 83V DC. It handles up to 20A input current (25A when input is 12–24V with active fan cooling) and delivers up to 18A output current — dependent on voltage differential and thermal conditions. Constant current mode is adjustable from 0.5A to 18A (±0.3A). Built-in protections include reverse polarity protection via 150A MOSFET, user-adjustable low-voltage cutoff (9–50V), and automatic fan activation above 55°C. The module uses a PC+metal enclosure, high-conductivity alumina insulation board, and a custom ferrosilicon-aluminium magnetic ring wound with four 1.2mm pure copper enameled wires for minimal resistive loss. Static current is just 15mA at 12V-to-20V boost; increases slightly with higher output voltage. Designed for long-term reliability in demanding environments: operating temperature range is -40°C to +85°C, with recommendation for enhanced heat dissipation above 60°C ambient.
