Engineered for CNC and industrial DC power regulation, this 1200W boost converter accepts 6–70V DC input and delivers precisely adjustable output from 0.0–60.00V and 0.0–20.00A. Its constant voltage and constant current design ensures stable performance across dynamic loads. Physical dimensions: module 7.9 × 4.3 × 2.7 cm; baseplate 10.9 × 7.2 × 4.2 cm. Constructed with PCB and metal components for robustness and heat dissipation. The full-view LCD clearly presents all operational parameters — power (W), capacity (Ah), energy (Wh), and time (h) — cycled via encoder press; SW button toggles input/output voltage view; 2-second encoder hold locks settings. Ten memory slots (CD0–CD9) store configurations — CD8 fixed at 12V, CD9 at 24V. All protective functions — input undervoltage, overvoltage, overcurrent, overpower, overcapacity, timeout, overtemperature, and external temperature — are active by default. Parameter thresholds (e.g., undervoltage limit, max runtime) are fully configurable via rotary encoder. MODBUS serial communication enables remote monitoring and control.
