1200W Adjustable DC Boost Converter

This high-power DC-DC boost converter delivers up to 1200W output with fully adjustable voltage (0.0–60.00V) and current (0.0–20.00A). Designed for precision industrial and CNC applications, it features constant voltage (CV) and constant current (CC) modes. The module measures 7.9 × 4.3 × 2.7 cm and mounts onto a 10.9 × 7.2 × 4.2 cm metal baseplate; construction combines PCB and metal for thermal stability and durability. Input voltage range is 6–70V DC. A full-view LCD screen displays real-time power (W), capacity (Ah), energy (Wh), and runtime (h); interface controls include encoder and SW buttons for intuitive navigation and parameter locking. It supports 10 preset memory groups (CD0–CD9), with CD8 pre-set to 12V and CD9 to 24V. Communication is enabled via standard MODBUS serial protocol. Comprehensive protection includes input undervoltage, overvoltage, overcurrent, overpower, overcapacity, timeout, overtemperature, and external temperature monitoring.
