Made from food-grade carbon steel with smooth, scratch-resistant nonstick interior. 12 identical cavities, each with a press-fit removable bottom disc designed for fingertip-easy ejection. Purpose-built for portion-perfect baking: ideal for mini cheesecakes (especially no-bake and baked varieties), muffins, cupcakes, mini quiches, and frozen dessert moulds. The nonstick surface releases sticky, creamy, or crumbly batters without residue — even after extended cooling. Oven-rated to 550°F (288°C); safe for convection, conventional, and fan-assisted ovens. Dishwasher-safe top-rack placement recommended. Includes only the tray, 12 bottom discs, and sturdy retail box — no duplicate parts, no filler materials, no marketing-only accessories.
