How To Replace a Band Saw Tire? 1. Unplug the band saw, loosen the saw blade tension, and remove the blade. Then remove the band saw wheel. 2. Once removed, completely remove or cut the tire and any residue left behind. 3. Place the new tire onto the wheel rim, then use a short rod or pipe between the tire and wheel. Roll the pipe around the rim to equalize the tire's elasticity. 4. Squeeze a small amount of glue onto a brush and apply it to the tire and wheel surface. Repeat all the way around the rim. Let the glue dry for 24 hours before using the saw again. 12 inch Diameter: for 12 inch (305 mm) bandsaw wheel Compatible with LB1200F, W721, Jet, Grizzly band saws using 2240 mm bandsaw blades Color: black Material: rubber Size: approximately 20 mm wide x 3 mm thick Package Contents: 2 x Band Saw Rubber Tire Only the above package content is included; other items are not included.
