118° Drill Bit Sharpener For Angle Grinders

This attachment enables accurate resharpening of standard twist drill bits using an angle grinder. Constructed from robust ABS plastic, it measures 125 × 65 × 40 mm and weighs 180g. It positions the drill bit at a fixed 118° included angle relative to the grinding surface, ensuring repeatable point geometry. Compatible with HSS and carbon steel bits sized 3mm to 13mm in diameter. Mounts directly to the grinder’s guard or flange using standard M6 or M8 hardware (not supplied). Requires a standard 115mm or 125mm grinding wheel — wheel type (e.g., aluminium oxide) and grit should match the bit material being sharpened. Not intended for use with diamond or cut-off wheels.
