TP4056 Lithium Battery Charging Module 1A Lithium Battery with Integrated Overcurrent Protection, Micro/Mini Interface Product Features 1. This module uses the proven TP4056 charging chip, offering simple peripheral circuitry, excellent protection, and high charging accuracy. 2. This module is FOR fully automated, manufactured with all face mount components. Each module is tested before shipment, ensuring high reliability. 3. This module's current is adjustable; simply by changing the fixed resistors on the circuit board, you can adjust the output from 100mA to 1000mA, making it very convenient. Instructions Note: When connecting a battery for the first time, there may be no voltage between OUT+ and OUT-. In this case, charging with 5V will activate the protection circuit. Short-circuiting the battery from B+ to B and then reconnecting it also requires charging to activate the protection circuit. When using a mobile phone charger as input, ensure that the charger is capable of outputting 1A or more, otherwise charging may not work properly. The mini USB socket and the +- and - pads next to it are the power input. Connect 5V to B+ and connect to the positive terminal of the lithium battery, and B- to the negative terminal of the lithium battery. Connect OUT+ and OUT- to a load, such as the positive and negative terminals of a mobile boost board or other load. Connect the power cord to B+ and B-, and plug a mobile phone charger into the USB female connector. The red light indicates charging, and the green light indicates full charge. Notes 1. An ammeter for measuring current should only be connected in series with the 5V input of the charging board. 2. The ideal charging current is 0.37C of the battery capacity, which is 0.37 times the capacity. For example, a 1000mAH battery should have a charging current of 400C. A larger current will result in faster charging, poor performance, and a significant drop in battery voltage after charging. 3. The charging cable should not be too thin or too long, as this will create resistance. If it is too thin, the battery voltage will drop significantly during charging.
