10kg Precision Thrust Tester LCD

A compact yet robust thrust measurement tool rated for up to 10 kg of axial load, designed specifically for RC drone developers and hobbyists validating motor–propeller combinations. Built from a single block of aviation aluminium, it undergoes CNC machining and surface anodisation with wire-drawn texture for both aesthetics and corrosion resistance. Mounting compatibility covers standard UAV motor footprints: 16 mm, 19 mm, and 25 mm spacing, plus a central 5 mm hollow shaft passage for rear-shaft motor integration. Readings appear on a dedicated backlit LCD panel, showing tension in either grams or kilograms with 1 g resolution across the 5–10 kg operational range. Internal movement uses a miniature linear guide rail to ensure minimal resistance and high repeatability. Operates from 7–60 V DC via XT60 input (connector not included). Requires firm mechanical fixation to a stable surface using adhesive and self-tapping screws, followed by zeroing under no-load conditions before motor and propeller installation in forward-pull mode.
