This compact 3-phase diode bridge rectifier (model MDS100A) uses a durable metal-and-plastic enclosure, sized at 8 × 4 × 3 cm (3.1 × 1.6 × 1.2 in) and weighing approx. 132 g. It includes five connection pins and two 0.6 cm mounting holes for secure mechanical fixation. Rated for continuous three-phase rectification, it supports a maximum average forward current of 100 A and a peak reverse voltage of 1600 V. Internal construction features high-integrity welding to resist thermal fatigue, while its low conduction losses and strong heat dissipation capability support reliable operation in enclosed cabinets or high-ambient-temperature installations like UPS systems and welding equipment power stages.
