1000W BLDC 3-Phase Speed Controller

This 3-phase BLDC motor driver board enables precise, protected speed control for brushless motors powered by 6–24 V DC sources (rated 6–20 V, with 24 V as absolute limit). It supports a rated current of 30 A and up to 50 A with effective air cooling, delivering up to 1000 W of mechanical power. The board’s structure integrates plastic and metal parts for mechanical resilience and passive heat dispersion. Built-in protections include output overcurrent detection, locked-rotor recovery (current drops and cycles automatically), and over-temperature power reduction (output halved). Maximum no-load speeds vary with motor pole configuration: 224,000 RPM (2-pole), 74,000 RPM (6-pole), 40,000 RPM (12-pole), and 35,000 RPM (14-pole). Package includes one bare PCB driver module only — no additional accessories — intended for technically competent users integrating into custom-built systems requiring full electrical and thermal oversight.
