0.2mm Hardened Nozzle + Sleeve Kit

This 2-piece hotend nozzle kit contains two precision-machined 0.2mm hardened steel nozzles and two protective silicone sleeves — engineered for direct compatibility with Bambu Lab’s P2S, H2S, H2D, A1, and A1 Mini 3D printers. Each nozzle is manufactured to tight tolerances (±0.01mm orifice accuracy) and heat-treated for enhanced hardness and longevity. The included silicone sleeves provide passive thermal management by insulating the heater block and reducing ambient heat radiation toward sensitive components like the thermistor and wiring harness. Designed for use with standard 1.75 mm diameter filaments including PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, and wood-filled variants. Installation requires only removal of the worn nozzle and secure re-torquing of the replacement — no firmware edits, PID tuning, or mechanical adjustments necessary.
